Our company independently developed and designed the CR-30 food composting machine, which won the Bronze Award at the 2023 Italy A’ Design Award competition. This is also the first time a similar device from China has won a design award in this competition.

Design Concept: Creeks’ designers started with the concept of sustainable development and designed this equipment together with customers. They hope to take the recycling of kitchen waste as an opportunity to let the environmental protection concept penetrate every restaurant and family and provide higher quality kitchen waste treatment services for remote islands, plateaus, and other places in need, which can not only reduce the environmental problems caused by kitchen waste but also reduce the pollution caused by back and forth transportation, contribute to carbon neutrality and sustainable development.

CR-30 Food Waste Composting Machine is an environmentally friendly, safe, and cost-effective way for food producers, retailers, restaurants, and conscious individuals to manage their food waste. The ideal location would be in the wash-up area of a kitchen, storeroom, or covered bin area. CR-30 food composting machine runs off a standard plug and requires ventilation to the outside or connection to a suitable waste pipe.

The food composting machine is manufactured of heavy gauge stainless steel and carbon steel, with a manual top loading door, where the food waste is loaded, and a front opening door used to harvest the compost every 10-14 days. An optional deodorizer processes the exhaust air before it is vented into the atmosphere.

Ideal for Small Restaurants: The CR-30 food composting machine is an optimal solution for small restaurants and canteens, capable of processing 30 kilograms of various organic waste daily, including fruits, vegetables, bread, eggshells, and small fish bones. The minimalist design allows for easy management, while its compact size saves space. The ability to add waste daily, efficiently processed by the composter for over 3 months, reduces the need for frequent emptying (depending on daily biowaste output).

 

Efficient Waste Processing: The CR-30, with its broad processing spectrum, effectively handles food remnants, meat products, peels, fish scraps, soft bones, and most other types of food waste, including cardboard and packaging suitable for composting. All of this is transformed into nutritious compost in just 24 hours.
