CR-30 Food Composting Machine

CR-30 food composting machine provides intelligent commercial food waste solutions, perfect for commercial applications where small volumes of food waste are produced. Microbial technology reduces waste volumes by up to 90% in 24 hours, decreases disposal costs, and creates a nutrient-rich, reusable end product. With a capacity to process 10 tonnes of food waste per year (25-30kg per day), it is suited to cope with the waste from small-scale hotels, cafes and restaurants.

CR-30 food composting machine was independently developed and designed by our company and won the Bronze Award at the 2023 Italy A’ Design Award competition. It is also the first time that a similar device from China has won a design award in this competition.

Design Concept: Creeks’ designers started with the concept of sustainable development and designed this equipment together with customers. They hope to take the recycling of kitchen waste as an opportunity to let the environmental protection concept penetrate every restaurant and family and provide higher quality kitchen waste treatment services for remote islands, plateaus, and other places in need, which can not only reduce the environmental problems caused by kitchen waste but also reduce the pollution caused by back and forth transportation, contribute to carbon neutrality and sustainable development.

CR-30 Food Waste Composting Machine is an environmentally friendly, safe, and cost-effective way for food producers, retailers, restaurants, and conscious individuals to manage their food waste. The ideal location would be in the wash-up area of a kitchen, storeroom, or covered bin area. CR-30 runs off a standard plug and requires ventilation to the outside or connection to a suitable waste pipe.

The food composting machine is manufactured of heavy gauge stainless steel and carbon steel, with a manual top loading door, where the food waste is loaded, and a front opening door used to harvest the compost every 10-14 days. An optional deodorizer processes the exhaust air before it is vented into the atmosphere.
